Wellbeing & Companionship

Sometimes what matters most is knowing someone's there, for you, or for a family member you can't always be with yourself. We offer friendly check-ins, companionship, and a listening ear, giving both individuals and their families real peace of mind. We're not a medical or care service, but we're always happy to help point you towards the right support if that's what's needed.

Includes:

  • Regular wellbeing check-in calls

  • Companionship telephone calls

  • Companionship visits

  • Support for disabled or vulnerable individuals

  • Accompanying you to appointments, or arranging transport (priced separately, ask for details)

  • Signposting to carer and medical support services where needed

  • Help writing cards or letters to family and friends

  • Support staying connected with loved ones (video calls, messaging)

  • Memory box or life story support (photos, letters, keepsakes)

  • Accompanying to social activities, groups, or events
